RoyalBets is a digital media brand offering football betting content and strategic picks, built for users seeking trustworthy insights in a high-scam niche. The project was developed and scaled solo — from branding and funnel systems to monetization — reaching 10K+ active subscribers across all platforms
Built Ecosystem
To make RoyalBets stand out in a noisy niche, I created a multi-channel ecosystem where each platform played a specific role in the funnel:
Telegram – The main hub for content, interaction, and monetization (VIP, education, affiliate picks)
Instagram – Built visual brand presence via Stories, Highlights, and link-in-bio traffic to Telegram.
TikTok – Reached cold audiences with facecam and trend-based videos.
Website – Added authority and SEO value with articles & long-form content (royallbetss.com).
📲 Each platform had one job. Together, they built trust, funneled users, and monetized — all without a full team.
Pre-Launch Roadmap
Before launching RoyalBets, I created a detailed plan outlining brand identity, audience targeting, content strategy, growth tactics, and monetization.
The goal was to treat it as a full product launch, not just a side project. I defined key touchpoints in the user journey and structured everything for clarity and consistency.

Core Funnel Structure
The campaign followed a 3-step funnel: Acquisition → Warm-up → Monetization
Each part was mapped manually to control quality and improve retention.
Paid Ads — Main acquisition channel.
Geo-targeted Meta Ads sent users to a lightweight landing page.
The landing redirected to Telegram.

I built a custom landing page and selected “Leads” as the campaign objective (instead of just “Traffic”) because, based on my experience, Facebook optimizes better for conversions when using the Leads objective.
To improve performance and track results more accurately, I also installed the Meta Pixel on the page.

After launching the initial campaign and collecting early data, I began actively optimizing performance:

Telegram Placements — Warm Traffic from Trusted Communities
I collaborated with niche-specific Telegram media (like Sky Sports, Premier Sports, etc).
Creative assets were adapted to match native channel formats (image + CTA + bonus offer).
Focus was on building credibility by placing ads alongside trusted content.
Campaigns reached over 200,000 total views across placements with strong engagement from tiered GEO audiences (UK & Tier-3 split).
These placements helped warm up audiences who were already in the sports betting ecosystem, generating high-intent subscribers to the main RoyalBets channel.
This post was scheduled hours before a major match to catch engaged bettors. I used tighter copy, prediction stats, and direct CTAs to encourage action.

Automated engagement system for viral reach in niche channels
To capture warm traffic from active Telegram communities, I built a custom script that monitored large football and betting channels.
Whenever a new post appeared, the bot auto-commented within seconds using realistic, emotional messages and call-to-actions.
The system rotated aged accounts, randomized delays, and pushed traffic back to my main channel — all without manual effort.
