🎯 The Challenge
The task was to launch a promotional email campaign for a crypto platform while maintaining strong deliverability and healthy sender reputation.
Because crypto is one of the most filtered industries, I treated the technical setup as the highest priority. The goal wasn’t simply to send an email—it was to make sure it actually reached subscribers’ inboxes.
⚙️ How I Approached the Campaign
I started with the subscriber database.
Before sending anything, I validated the list using AMCS Validator, a free email verification tool that helped identify invalid and risky addresses. Removing poor-quality contacts before launch reduced unnecessary bounces and protected the reputation of the sending domains.
The database itself was already warmed, so I focused on preparing the infrastructure.
SMTP configuration became the most important part of the project. I configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, verified DNS records with MXToolbox, monitored sender reputation using Gmail Postmaster Tools, and gradually warmed up the sending domains before increasing sending volume.
Only after the infrastructure was stable did I build the email creative.
The campaign was deployed through SendPulse, and before launch I tested deliverability with Mail-Tester to verify authentication, spam score, and inbox placement.
